Q: What kind of security system do you have?A: Video system with motion sensors. We also have an external security company who monitor the site during random patrols. These patrols are conducted once during the day and twice at night
Q: Are there any limits to my access?A; External security gates are opened at 6am daily and locked again at 6pm each night. If you need access out of these hours this can be arranged for you
Q: What happens if we run out of spaceA: You can either upgrade to a larger unit or you can rent a second storage unit (we will endevour to have both of your units as close to each other as possible)
Q: What happens if I do not pay my storage fees?A: You will be sent a reminder from our management team to advise that your storage fee's are behind. Failure to pay the outstanding fees within 7 days will result in your storage unit being overlocked until the outstanding amount is paid.
Q: Do you have a key for this unit?A: No. When you rent the unit you will sign an agreement and collect the key, our management team do not hold a key to your unit and would only access the unit if your storage fees remain unpaid for 43 days.
